Abstract
Ho Chi Minh's ideology on socialist industrialization, including his thesis on the relationship between industry and agriculture in the industrialization process, reflects his creative perspectives. His thoughts on the connection between agriculture and industry remain highly relevant both theoretically and practically, serving as a guiding principle for the Party and the State in formulating policies for agricultural and rural development during the implementation of national industrialization and modernization from the 13th National Congress to the present. This article aims to clarify the Party's creative application and development of Ho Chi Minh’s thesis on the relationship between industrial and agricultural development in socialist industrialization, particularly in the country’s industrialization and modernization efforts since the 13th National Congress.
